Welcome to Wildways Therapy - providing a trauma-skilled, attachment-aware, ACE-aware, FASD-informed psychotherapy service in room-based settings and outdoor, natural spaces.
CV19 - Service Update I have adapted my psychotherapy provision and delivery to support online and telephone appointments during lockdown/restrictions and beyond. Please do get in touch if you wish to book an appointment. You may be experiencing an escalation in stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD symptoms and finding it hard to maintain healthy coping strategies during these intense and challenging times.... particularly if you are managing lockdown restrictions alone or in a family where the multiplied dynamics mean an intensification of behaviours/expressions and reactivity or where family members have additional needs. I can share a number of resources and support a safe and contained space for you to offload, be heard and find solutions. Follow my facebook page for regular posts and links to other support: https://www.facebook.com/WildwaysTherapy/
I support the mental and emotional health of adults, with a particular focus on parents, carers and care professionals who support children and young people who are Care Experienced and affected by Adverse Childhood Experiences and Trauma I am based in East Sussex for face to face appointments and work internationally on Zoom/Skype.
