Bespoke Workshops

Partnering with a highly qualified, experienced and inclusion-focused team, we help you to develop resourced and responsive skills to enable a sense of safety and wellbeing.


Team members include:


Psychological Consultant, Qualified Adoption Support Counsellor, Trauma Specialists, EMDR practitioners, CBT practitioners, Brainspotting practitioners, Equine Facilitated Psychotraumatologists.



The team also have lived experience of working in health and education services and personal experience of parenting, adoption (adoptive parent and adult adoptee), fostering, LGBTQIA+ families, neurodivergence (including FASD), special educational needs and trauma. 



Workshop themes include:


  • Psychological education re: Trauma, PTSD, Complex-Trauma, Compassion Fatigue/Secondary Trauma/Burnout, CPA, Disruption and the long term effect on parents/carers.


  • Exploring our own identity, attachment patterns and imprints from our past - caring for our past so we can be present today.


  • Radical self-care and wellbeing maintenance - identifying our own sensory, emotional and psychological needs.


  • Caring for your own nervous system: before, during and after challenging events - building resilience.


  • Relational repair: co-regulation and resourcing within significant parent/carer relationships (including extended family and friendship groups).


  • Boundaries for safe, sustainable relationships.


  • Content and materials are inclusive to all identities and recognise the compounding factors of parenting within diverse families.


  • Workshops combine 'classroom learning' elements with experiential, embodied learning opportunities in the natural world including non-ridden Human Equine Interactions.
