FEES


Private Clients:

1:1  Online Integrative Psychotherapy/Adoption Support*:

£90 - per 75 mins.


1:1  In-Person Integrative Psychotherapy/Adoption Support*:

£105 - per 75 mins   (March through November)


1:1  In-Person Equine Facilitated Psychotraumatology session:

£185 - per 120mins  (March through November)

Professional services:

1:1  Online professional supervision for HEI practitioners:

£70 - per 60 mins 

£95 - per 90 mins

(depending on your professional membership requirements)


Teaching/Speaking/Consultation:

£120 - per 60mins

(+ travel expenses where applicable)


Please note: My sessions are 75mins - 120mins to allow additional time for Mind-Body (somatic) practice as part of my integrative approach to emotional safety and sustainable co-regulation skills building.




Wildways Therapy is a not-for-profit, social enterprise, comprising of a limited number of private practice client and professional supervision sessions per week, whilst partnering with training and charitable organisations to deliver professional qualifications, funded therapeutic services and programmes.

Terms & Conditions

Private Clients agree to:


● Commit to attending regular sessions, usually on a weekly basis, unless alternative scheduling is specifically agreed in initial consultation (e.g fortnightly)

● Commit to honouring your needs at least 30mins - 1 hour a day in order to complete independent processing, recovery, creative and restorative assignments where applicable.

● Attend and finish punctually, given that each session lasts for 75 minutes from the booked appointment time for online zoom/in-person sessions. (120 minutes for EFPT sessions)

● Commit to paying all fees, which are due upon receipt of invoice.

● Give a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to postpone an appointment. Please note, on-site Equine Facilitated sessions are undertaken in all weather conditions with appropriate, seasonal adjustments made. (Last minute, mutually agreed postponement excepted under sudden/hazardous weather conditions for onsite EFPT sessions).

 ● Acknowledge the importance of a therapeutic ending by attending one pre-planned ending session, arranged in advance with your therapist. The ending session is to be arranged at least 1 week in advance, to allow time for reflection and preparation.

● Consent to the holding of your information confidentially and securely for professional records to aid the therapy, abiding by GDPR. All personal information held by Wildways Therapy will be dealt with in accordance with its duties and obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998. Wildways Therapy is registered with the ICO.


Wildways Therapy commits to:

● Abiding by the code of ethics of my professional association(s), National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists, Human Equine Interactions Register, UKPTS, ESTSS etc. including a requirement to undertake annual CPD and regular supervision.

● Maintaining confidentiality about the content of your sessions, according to professional guidelines. This may include discussion in supervision but only your client code will be used.

● Advising you in advance of any breaks in session availability

● Following Wildways Therapy’s risk policy if circumstances arise where I am sufficiently concerned about the risk of serious harm to you or someone else according to the Wildways Therapy Safety Net Contract. This includes suicide, self-harm, drink driving, cases of suspected terrorism and if there is a suspected child protection issue. Under these circumstances I am under obligation to disclose to the relevant authorities. The only other exception to maintaining confidentiality would be where I might be required by a court to give evidence under oath. I would always aim to discuss any of these issues with you first, where possible.
